Q: What are "KPC's" party costs and options?

Q: How far in advance should I book the party?

A: Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To secure the date & time you require, 2 months in advance is advised to reserve your party. We will always strive however, to accommodate a last minute request.

Q: How do I book a party?

A: Please call us to discuss your needs so we can help you determine the best party package for you.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date. The balance can be paid the day of the party with cash, check or credit card.

Q: What if I need to change the date of the party?

A: 14 days notice is required to change your party date. If you have supplied 14 days notice your deposit will be applied to the new party date. If less than 14 days was given, we can schedule a new date but we will require a new deposit.

Q: What if I need to cancel the party?

A: The deposit is non-refundable, however if you have given 14 days notice of the cancellation we will apply your deposit to any future party within 3 months. If less than 14 days notice was given, the deposit will be forfeited.

Q: Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into "KPC"?

A: We offer pizza & drinks as party options. We also offer a drinking fountain or additional cold drinks/juices for sale. Outside food or drinks may be brought into the party at a clean up and service charge of $25 for the majestic package and $10 for royal premier package. No decorations as our party room is already decorated (with the exception of table decorations).

Q: Will there be a KPC attendant to help supervise the party?

A: Parent / Caregiver / Guardians primary responsibility to supervise party attendees, however our teams is their to help support, time manage and direct the party. A KPC attendant will help to serve the food and drinks and clean up the room when you are done!

Q: What should the kids wear?

A: Socks are required. Long sleeved pants work best for sliding. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast on the slides. Please no clothes with zippers or hooks outside of the belt area as they may scratch the inflatables.

Q: How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

A: As other parties will be in session, the best advice is to be PROMPT for the party time but ahead is not necessary. We will then collect waivers and review our safety rules so your party can begin right away. Please have waivers ready as they are your ticket to fun!

Q: Who Can Play at KPC?

A: KPC is a place for all ages, from babies to adults. There is entertainment for everyone. No child may enter KPC without adult supervision.

Q: Can adults play on the inflatables?

A: Yes! We encourage you to join the fun but we also have ample seating if you'd prefer to sit & relax. Parents also must wear socks to play. If you forget, we have socks for sale.

Q: Will there be other parties going on at the same time?

A: When you have reserved your party you and your guests will enjoy the PRIVATE USE of the arena and party room as you rotate through your party experience. KPC also offers "Open Play" which is not private but a time you can freely drop in and enjoy the fun for a nominal fee. Please call for open play times.
